“We ordered a made to measure sofa. We chose the design and colour, a bit optimistic due to some of the reviews... But it's arrived and it's out of this world!! Better than we imagined!! The customer service we received from the start has been excellent, regular updates. Alex in merthyr was a delight to deal with, we have just placed another order for a dining table and beds.. Cannot wait for these.. Don't believe everything you see, fantastic company!! Not over priced, not pushy. Will be recommending friends and family.”
“Never trust Suzanne she is very rude and threatening. My wife and I bought our sofa early March and still received nothing other than threats and abuse. Without doubt the most intimidating threatening unprofessional company I have ever come across. Avoid this woman at all costs for your own safety”
“Asked the manager if they did brown 3/2/1 as it was the grey one I was looking at he showed me the swabs I picked a brown to match my living room delivered it 8 weeks later the delivery men came at tea time I told them where to put it the wrapping was gone I couldn’t see it right until they hurried away the colour was grey phoned next morning manager on holiday the next week went down to complain he showed me the swab a difrent book I ask you if you did it brown so why grey I have never spoke to such a LAIR he wouldn’t change it as I didn’t have the wrapping and said I ordered it in grey why get my living room done up for a differentcolour colour never buy from this shop I’m a pensioner and saved to buy it cash”
“No problems at all i fact this compsny will go above and beyond they changed there staff who were shocking but now the service is exceptionally brilliant Alex updates you along the way whilst flick would not even call back! The owner suz is very helpful but the finance manager Teresa is brilliant and on hand and I’m told they been open 30 years not many can say that I guess! Judge for yourself I’m happy to say 100% you will be looked after well.”

“Ordered sofa and matching chair (paid in full) told 4/6 weeks but might get early, phoned twice as into the 6th week still no date for delivery! Girl on phone very unhelpful and accused me of lying apparently I wasn’t told I might get early and it was actually 8 weeks, thankfully I have witnesses.
Please don’t buy from here”
