“I wanted to try them as they have an integration with Tradingview.
I opened an account, submitted all documents for KYC, waited a couple of days and I was approved.
I got contacted by one of their employees giving me instructions on how to fund the account.
Since I am from Europe, I had to convert from EUR to USD as Tradestation uses an American bank.
I was told by the rep that I can use CurrencyFair.com as a middle man, for the EUR to USD conversion and money transfer.
I did so, but in the end, I got a notification from Tradestation that they received my money from CurrencyFair but they reject the deposit on the grounds that it's not clear that it's me who sent the money.
I was asked to provide multiple documents to prove that I am the one who sent the money...
After several days and multiple attempts, phone calls, emails, chats with their support, I gave up and I requested my money back.
It's been a few days and I still don't have my money back. They say they sent it back but I have no proof.
That was $10000 wasted and close to three weeks of needless stress.....
