“I ordered an expensive shower screen from them delivery was meant to be 2 days . It eventually arrived 11 days late (after me chasing them) but because of the delay in receiving my order I had to rearrange the fitting. I had the screen 23 days before the fitter was able to come and when he did come he realised I had ordered the wrong screen. I emailed the company asking if they could exchange it for the correct screen which was quite a bit cheaper than the original one I also offered to pay transportation costs however they told me there was nothing I could do because I was outside the 14 day return period. I have emailed them a further 4 times advising that the delay in them sending it to me caused the delay in me finding out my error but all emails other than my initial one have been ignored. Totally unhelpful and totally unprofessional DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND”
