“Training Industry provides strong speakers and valuable networking opportunities, but the overall learning experience did not meet my expectations. The program relied heavily on memorization and a demanding pre-practicum study load, and the practicum itself felt more exhausting than educational. From an instructional design perspective, I did not see clear evidence of learning theory, structured knowledge transfer, or assessment methods that accurately measure competence. While I appreciated the people I met, the instructional approach and evaluation design need significant improvement to align with modern learning standards.”
