I was sent a letter about work on the lines during the time of travel that I had booked. In the letter I was invited to take a refund and make alternative travel arrangements. I posted back all my tickets and made an online request for a refund. However, I have only been refunded for one way of my journey. I have made numerous phone calls and each time I have been told to give another few days and it should go in. I am now coming to terms with the fact that I am unlikely to get my refund as I have now been waiting for almost 2 months. The thought of yet more calls is so annoying - I am so determined not to let this drop thought because I think it is total robbery. DONOT use this company - I feel like I have been had!!!
