On the way out, half an hour before the pick up, they contacted us via WhatsApp confirming the time and place to pick us up at the airport. When they dropped us off at our destination in Milan, the driver confirmed the day and time he would come to pick us up. On the day of arrival they also confirmed the return pick up via WhatsApp and the night before the pick up, they reconfirmed it again. The driver was very punctual and the service and vehicle were perfect. The price was the best I found, and I looked at countless options. I recommend it without hesitation.”
