Poor advice, poor facilities and I was sold a product I didn't need. When I asked for my money back, Transform refused. I have complained and I am waiting to hear back from the head office. I will not use Transform ever again - unless I receive a full refund on the poor service I have received.

5 which is Transform policy (I had never been told this even though I had asked at all of my appointments) I was refunded all apart from 250 deposit, a couple of months later I had another test which was 8.

sales rep tells you a pack of lies and stupidly because i took what she said as true and didnt read all the terms booklet they have take my money and ive not had the surgery amd the wont refund my money £480!! i would not recomend listening to the reps they talk crap!
