my parcel was lost, took 3 months to get a final answer, I got only 50 pounds of refund, and I am still waiting for 300 euro that i paid in custom duties to be returned to me.
Nice customer service, but at the end of the day...useless

Trans global was fine, the contractor they used was totally incompetent and succeeded in trashing the packages, it took ages to get a refund. Be warned, take photos of your parcels.
