Tracksuit was ordered back in November 2022 and still waiting in March 2023 for delivery.

Ordered a tracksuit for my son 4 weeks before Christmas. I still have not received my goods and cannot get a formal response for delivery from Trapstar despite multiple emails and failed calls. Really poor company and non-existent customer services

The parcel was signed for on receipt so I have proof of delivery but I can’t get hold of anyone either by phone, email or live chat to confirm when my refund will arrive.

my son ordered a tracksuit in December was told 8-10 days for delivery and still not heard nothing from the, various emails and phone calls and still nothing, going to bank on Monday to report as a fraudulent sale. HAVE NEVER EVER KNOWN ANYTHING LIKE IN MY LIFE, SHOCKING SERVICE STAY AWAY FROM THESE THEIVES

Ordered 26 November, still waiting for delivery on 01 January. Been given a DPD consignment number apart from they haven’t sent the goods tomDPD. Really poor customer service. Nephew’s Christmas ruined. Thanks Trapstar.

absolute same as the rest. my son ordered a tracksuit with his own money end nov and still waiting for it. i sent a top back recorded delivery for a refund. i’ve tried emailing them, online chat and phoning but get no response. Poor customer service.

Placed my order. Updated that delivery would be delayed by more than a month, so now trying to get a refund. Only an automated reply to my first email, then silence. No responses to other chasing emails, no one answers the phone, no one responds to online chat requests. I suspect I will have to go through my bank to get my money back from these fraudsters. How they are allowed to continue trading I have no idea.

It hasn't even been dispatched yet! I've sent countless emails and no one has gotten back to me, I keep ringing the customer service line and nothing!! The worst delivery experience i've ever had to deal with.

Been waiting a month for my order and the delivery driver has failed to deliver twice even tho I’ve been at the door both times
