Emailed in to Trapstar and was immediately offered 20% refund - declined as coat was clearly not fit for purpose.

Useless c**nts. Couldn’t run a bath. AVOID unless you want wrong item sent..wrong size and no reply no phone number to ring no response through email. 2 months later £500 down. Chasing refund through bank and will run up on there store when it re opens. Mugs.

absolute same as the rest. my son ordered a tracksuit with his own money end nov and still waiting for it. i sent a top back recorded delivery for a refund. i’ve tried emailing them, online chat and phoning but get no response. Poor customer service.

Placed my order. Updated that delivery would be delayed by more than a month, so now trying to get a refund. Only an automated reply to my first email, then silence. No responses to other chasing emails, no one answers the phone, no one responds to online chat requests. I suspect I will have to go through my bank to get my money back from these fraudsters. How they are allowed to continue trading I have no idea.

Ordered tracksuit on 25th November, still not arrived. They don’t answer the phone, reply to emails and the online chat is a joke. I’m now going through my credit card company to try and get a refund. Avoid

I ordered in early October. I then received an email to say the item was out of stock offering me a different tracksuit,refund or credit note. I responded asking for a refund. I'm now emailing daily with no response and £175 down. I have never experienced such poor customer service
