“Management was horrible. I can’t believe how they speak to their employees. It was busy and they were out back smoking. Came in and walked past us all. I asked if they were going to help because it was already 20 minutes and Amber the manager said they had it but was short staffed. The GM Dwayne has such a volgure mouth cursing and being so disrespectful. They went over got them something to eat and sat down. The employees were working their tail ends off. No wonder they are short staffed. I wouldn’t work for them either. After finally getting our food it was delicious. I congratulated them all loud enough that the managers could hear me. Terrible management.”
“Yes went to the ta petro about a month ago no for coolant line leak sat there four days while they missed diagnosed the problem fifth day so called fixed it got a 100 miles down the road had to pull over still leaking coolant took it to peterbilt of Dunn great shop only thing was wrong was o rings been calling ta about a month now no one has returned my call only get voicemails when I call I normally get all my oil changes lubes fuel filters from them and this how they treat me”
