“Only issue we had had was the mosquito killers use an oil based refill and we bought tablets based on the site so they won't work haha...could be that we should have bought the "electric" bit first and then we would have known ...but may be they should have worked it out and said? Price is ok, delivery good just a shame we wasted £10 and now need the appropriate most killer refill.”

“This is typical of an everyday transaction undertaken by tens of millions of people every day, so why do so many organisations endlessly invite surveys - it' s an annoying waste of time. If I wasn't happy with the service, I'd go elsewhere - simple as that.”

“Very easy to order and prompt delivery. A bit disconcerting that the dispatch e mail came from medic vet, rather than travel pharm but I'm assuming my malaria tabs are for human consumption. Certainly significantly cheaper than buying them via the gp or high street pharmacist, so a few more pounds towards the actual holiday, for which I'm grateful.”

“Only minor issue - parcel arrived day before scheduled and we had arranged to go out thinking the delivery would be the next day. Carrier left parcel in a local bar but telephoned us in the evening to tell us. Prescription, ordering and delivery to Spain all fine.”

“Use Travelpharm for my Antimalarial tablets every year. It costs me £10 each time for the consultation which I think is unnecessary, they could simply ask me if anything had changed from last time. But overall the service is extremely good.”
