“I called Stella on February 3rd regarding my tickets to India and there was some confusion so she told me that she will into in and will call me back in 24 to 48 hours. She did call me back and followed up with me. I really appreciate that she remembered to follow up with me. Very great customer service. Thank you Stella!”
