“On 20th April we traveled from Kochi, India to Detroit by Singapore airlines from kochi via Singapore via Tokyo via LA to Detroit. My wife has dementia and had to be hospitalized several times due to adverse health condition. In one such visit she had to be fitted with nasal feeding tube since she had stopped eating for almost three weeks. With this condition we had to undertake our flight to USA accompanied by a male nurse we had hired from Medescort in pDelhi. Singapore airlines require a medical clearance for such passengers with medical conditions. We had submitted the medical form duly completed and certified by the attending physician through the travel agent Travelopod as per the prescribed Advance duration. Driving a board had promptly forwarded the form to Singapore Airlines. Thereafter, Travelopod maintained a very close follow up with Singapore airlines to ensure that they acknowledged and confirmed fit to Travel for my wife. Kane Watson and Mia relentlessly followed up with Singapore Airlines but to no avail. We went to Kochi Airport without the approval of Singapore Airlines. The airport check-in personnel were in a fix to allow us to check in. Once again Travelopod came to our rescue by instantly proving a scan of the email by which they had forwarded the medical form to Singapore Airlines in time as per their requirement. This absolved us of any responsibility for non compliance and we were allowed to travel. Credos to the Travelopod Team. All is well that ends well. We are safely home now. Thank you.”
