“Debbie Dexter did a great job. she went an extra mile to clarify all my travel details whatever she could do. however, I was told there is no date change fee when I originally booked this ticket, but now there is $200 for date change free being charged. looks like it was communicated later in the email.. I got little disappointed with that.. but it is not Debbie’s fault and she did whatever she could.”
