“A big shout out to Veronica for helping us to rebook our tickets when we got stranded in New Jersey at midnight as we missed our connecting flight due to weather related delay. Veronica got me on a conference call the airline and explored all alternative options to fly out to India. At the end we were able to fly out with a different airline under the same alliance partner. Veronica was very knowledgeable and provided the best suggestions. I highly recommend working with Veronica.”
