“I had not received info about where the e ticket # for each airline - on the e mail another e mail by Patrick the person who took the initial call and booked my ticket/ He was supposed to return my call and show me where the E ticket # was on the e mailAnyways when I called back your rep Emma was kind and nice - she helped n waited to show me everything in the e mail and took other travel requests from meThis is what I expect from a pro Emma was great !”
