“Emma has handled the mess up of my flight from Newark/New York to Detroit on the 6th of July, 2023 evening with utmost care. She ensured that my baggages arrived safely at the Detroit-metro airport in the previous flight so that I could collect them. She also ensured that I could get the direct flight to Detroit-metro airport in the same evening on the 6th of July without any hassle. She is following up with Lufthansa on the issues that I faced. I thank Emma and the Travelopod team for all the help and support. I am using Travelopod service since 2013.”

“My travel plan messed up due to schedule change by United Airlines. I was so upset and called Travelopod and got connected to Emma I did not even have any hopes before I talk to her. But she was so patiently worked with airlines agents and get me booked through different airlines. She is the best customer service agent that I ever dealt with. She evn spoke to airport counter agents to confirm the issue got resolved. That kind of dedication I didn't expect. Emma is awesome. I will remember you forever. Something makes you unique, may be your dedication. Thank you so much.”

“Travelopod was great Pre-sales and Post Sales both. My flight got cancelled on the day of travel, but Travelopod worked with Airline and sorted issue very well. They were easily accessible, I would highly recommend Travelpod Suzanne Pratt - Pre-Sales and Annie Brown - Post Sales both were amazing and supported very well to my need and flight cancellation issue.”
