“I want to say what an amazing customer service by Ms Stella Brown. I was hesitant to go through my travel plan after trying so many times to confirm my reservation at Japan Airlines. finally, I called Travelpod and a nice lady connected me with Stella Brown,I told Stella my problem. she was accommodating. She took time to listen and solve it. also made me very comfortable, she made the return call to make sure everything was done the way I wanted, and she also told me that if I encountered any problem while traveling I could call her. I will certainly book my ticket again with Travelpod. Good customer service with all the employees most impressed with Stella, appreciate it. thank you .”

“Emma Rose , was very helpful. She helped me with getting my parents ticket re issues which we were not aware of. She went beyond on helping me by calling my parents by making sure they won’t miss the flight. So happy that she helped us and will recommend travelopod to our friend.”
