“Just been to Treadfirst in Diss. I had a nail in the tyre which was still inflated. They took out the nail, showed it to me, as it was too small to go through the tyre wall, there was no repair needed. They also checked and pumped up the other tyres and charged me NOTHING! Amazing, I know where I will go next time I have a problem”

“I have recently bought an old TVR and was horrified when I realised that neither I or the supplier had the locking wheel nut key. I popped in to my local Treadfirst branch at Haverhill and explained my plight. Within 15 minutes one of the guys had removed the offending lock nuts and to top that, supplied me with a temporary set of four conventional nuts to tide me over until I source new ones - with a key! A friendly, polite, helpful and totally amazing service Give the boys a pay rise”

“The Saffron Walden branch provides a great service. They are efficient and friendly about it. I got an apology this morning for having to wait "so long" whilst they changed my tyre. I turned up, without an appointment and was only there 35 minutes - no apology required! Excellent service, every time.”

“I visited your Haverhill depot to request a tyre check and they were extremely helpfull. I have often been there for repairs and replacement tyres. Please would you take note that the wall leaning at the rear of the depot with old tyres stacked up against it is in serious condition and could fall at any time. I am a building surveyor running my own consultancy and would not want to see someone seriously injured or killed and would not normally respond in this way or interfer but this is a very serious issue and needs immediate attention before an accident occurs.
