“We phoned up twice and asked for a specific person who worked there (his name is Richard), the man on the phone was very rude and unwilling to help us until a few weeks time. Richard would always see to us and give us top quality customer service, due to the rudeness of the phone respondent we are unlikely to come back and use their services”

“I had one tyre replaced because it had been run flat. Then they said I needed the other three replacing because they were below 1.6mm, which is the UK minimum legal limit. I asked what the depth of the tread was across the central three-quarters of the tyre and was told they were deeper than 1.6mm. By law the legal tyre tread depth for cars in the UK is 1.6mm across the central three-quarters of the tyre and its entire circumference. Not at anytime did they say because the central three-quarters were below 3mm but deeper than 1.6mm they recommend that they’re changed. They tried to sell me tyres I didn’t need.”

Hi Stuart We are sorry that you are unhappy with our service. While you were at the branch our manager explained that the shoulders of the tyres were badly worn and that this could cause problems, such as a blowout. “Took car in to replace rear brake pads. Said discs needed replacing and did these as well. Didn't reconnect the handbrake. Dangerously poor work.”

Hi Simon, So sorry about this. We did replace the rear brakes on your car, and the handbrake was connected when you returned it back to us the following morning, but it hadn't been adjusted before leaving the garage - that's why it wasn't working properly. This is obviously an error on our part and we should have checked this before returning the car back to you, but our team was happy to rectify the mistake for you and we hope you accept our sincere apologies. “Had four tyres fitted to van,all went quite well, had to wait till next day for two of them, ok. Went back to book shogun in for two front tyres & tracking,waited ten minutes or so no one at counter, when someone came started to say What wanted, told sorry got three things on you will have to wait. Waited for another ten minutes other customers came in one spoken To before me , left to find better service.”

“""I took my car to treadfirst in diss to get my front break pads replaced. When i had the phone call to collect my car after they had finished the job. I noticed a really loud knocking noice coming from the front and took it a to a mechanic and they had only done the wheel nuts up hand tight! This is unbelievable and couldve cost a life, highly unrecommend them to anyone!!”
