“The team of guys at Sudbury are just outstanding. In my experience they 'go the extra mile', are friendly, supportive, respectful when listening to the vehicle 'fault' experience as described by a customer and incredibly persistent when dealing with same to find a resolution. I will continue to use Treadfirst for both my cars and will never go anywhere else. I have used their services for the following: replacement tyres, exhausts, MOT Testing and Servicing of vehicles. This is a company in my opinion you can trust for their honesty and I recommend them highly,”

“Went in with a nail in a brand new tyre. Third time this has happened in last three cars - every other time the tyre centre has said it needed replacing for c£300. Treadfirst repaired it for just £26 quid. Definitely recommend.”

“Polite, prompt and efficient. Good pricing, realistic if they can fit NOW or a realistic wait time. Welcoming at the office without being gushing. Fortunately they lack the rude, abusive "banter" between themselves and regulars so often seen at other tyre outlets. Given the choice, why go elsewhere”

“Friendly helpful service last visit made me a returning customer and this time, once again they didn't disappoint. When there was an issue regarding a broken locking wheel nut, the sorted the problem as quickly as possible. Well Done.”

“Brilliant!! After a bad alignment at a well known tyre fitting company I took my Audi A2 to Treadfirst at Haverhill for them to retest and, as result, re-adjust.. Perfect!! Brand new state of the art wheel alignment kit and, most importantly, people who know how to use it = a happy customer!! a dream to drive again... Many thanks”

“I visited the Stowmarket branch having had to leave my car in a nearby hotel car park with a flat tyre. While I returned to work, a staff member from the branch replaced the tyre and checked all the others so it was all fixed by the time I left off in the afternoon. Great service, thank you very much!”
