“I must - to be fair - add to my last posted entry. I received a call - unprompted - from the company, indicating they would look into the courier issues asap, and thanking me for my feedback. This was great to see, and I wanted to add this for balance. Nicely salvaged, Trees Direct! Thank you for following up!”
