I've worked with Michael Gates and Debbie Allman these past few weeks to set up our new electric contracts. They were so patient with me and always on hand to answer any questions. They explained everything clearly and in simple terms, which made me feel like I understood what I was agreeing to and I know what would happen next. I look forward to working with Tritility in the future. Thank you for taking the stress out of utility contracts.

Had to contact Tritility today Got through immediately no hanging about in a queue. Spoke to Anthony Potts He solved my query quickly going the extra mile contacting my energy supplier personally. This company are always friendly and professional in my opinion

Thanks Tritility for once again being given a very short timeline to look to onboard 9 schools water requirements. Michael Gates was able to request all information, from multiple water retailers check what discounts could be found, and pulled a few favours to hold prices after the increase in April. Once again can’t fault the commitment, speed, and willingness, to go the extra mile to help. Thank you, Michael, and the Tritility team.

From first contact, Tritility have been upfront, friendly and helpful. Michael Gates, Sam Butcher and Alex Barker have all played their part in making Kocher and Becks lives easier. Water costing and contracts, energy and gas, not forgetting giving us access to there dashboard Energy monitoring System. I have seen month on month reduction in our energy costs, by simply using the this bit of kit. The Energy monitoring system is easy to use, can be accessed remotely and helps to pin point when we should be using energy. So far this year we have seen a reduction of 8% usage. The continued support of the admin team have taken metre readings so we only pay for what we use. Well done Michael, Sam and Alex. Job well done. 5 stars.

After 2 years of fighting in our corner for extra charges from the water wholesaler, Michael Gates (Water expert) has managed to reclaim over £100,000 pounds from excessive billing since 2021. It may have taken nearly 24 months, but Michael has stuck to his word and won in our favour. Thanks again Michael, job well done.

What can I say we have had nothing but excellent service from Tritility and the following staff who made it all such a smooth process and who make the time for you - nothing was ever too much trouble. Both Michael Gates and Sam Butcher have made it so uncomplicated for us to get a new energy contract and to support the whole process from start to finish, guiding me through the areas that I have no knowledge in. Very patient guys - thankyou - we also managed a few giggles along the way! Claire Tempest - our Account Manager - quick and easy to understand responses - takes the stress out of the day-to-day energy supplier issues and takes the time to check in on us. Thank you to you all a great team to work with.

After a few conversations with Michael Gates and a burst water main, he managed to help reduce our Water cost and advise next steps. Michael has also given invaluable information when our current supplier Avanti pass all their customers to British Gas. Honest and reliable 5 star from us.

Just wanted to say a huge thank-you to Michael Gates, who not only helped us to save money for our Multi-Academy Trust, but who was also extremely knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, down to earth and talked to me like a human being not a sought after sale. I even had recommendations for shows to watch whilst recovering from Covid.

I am so impressed with the Tritility support. We are a Multi-Academy Trust, and are working in conjunction with Tritility to improve our data collection and visibility of consumption, so that we can target reductions and start to get control over the bills. Alan Shillaw and Alex Barker both continue to be superstars as we navigate our way through this. I am looking forward to the months ahead - the Tritility team's commitment is incredible.
