“ If I can give them a zero star I would First order I made with them and had the worst experience ever getting my item’s delivery their customer service texting and email and then no customer service number is no good to the point it sucks and I should have looked in the reviews first before ordering . ”

“ Never order online! This was my first time ever ordering from the True Religion store online! I usually just go shopping in person but I wanted to order. Christmas gifts this was 30 days ago! I even paid for express delivery I spent $300 on coats and jackets from True Religion that were supposed to arrive on December 15, 2022! I constantly checked the routing and my package constantly stops in Florida says it’s delivering shows me a date that it will deliver and then reroutes back into Florida! I’ll never shop from this scam of a store again! I don’t understand how this is even happening with such a well known brand! ”

Contacted FedEx within 1/2 hour of delivery to wrong address, FedEx reply, crickets. Text to TR you get oof try again 🤬 ”

“ Paid £13 for express delivery for them to tell me after I had paid, expect the package 7 days later than normal. I contacted costumer service six days ago but still not reply. ”

For the most part I am extremely satisfied with the quality of the clothing; however, the delivery service is another story. Oftentimes I received my items late regardless of the fact I paid an additional fee for quicker delivery. The late deliveries negatively impact the level of satisfaction. I can no longer patronize True Religion. ”

“ Second time purchase from True Religion Site. First Time order received after month. Support didn’t reply until order being received. This time was buying a jean and had to buy 5 items to make delivery free and all. Then only sent 4 after month and suddenly today said jean didn’t send. Thats cancelled. Twice contacted support. No update. Are they really high end jeans? ”

“ True Religion refund all my item they said it’s not available after 1 month of waiting for my delivery I tried to call customer service offcourse no one response almost 10 times because I bought it 50% when they have online sale when there price change this is scam marketing ”
