Part of the order never shipped and returns not processed to refunds. Dreadful service for what advertises as a premium brand. Call after call, 'it has been escalated to the warehouse' hiding behind a call centre.

True Religion has states that you can return an online purchase in the store. This is a false statement. They states that online returns will take ten days. It’s almost been a month and still haven’t received my refund. They have terrible business practices when it comes to returns.
