“ This is the worst customer service ever. ”

“ Worst costume service I ever encountered! Super shady answers and don’t give any clarification . I’ve ordered a pair of jeans on their site ,they later shipped me the wrong color, and changed the name of the color on their site ! Nothing I’ve done helped me get any compensation. I sent them screenshots and proof and all they do is send automated emails and then end the conversation. By far worst experience I had shopping online ”

“ Don’t order from True Religion they will rip you off. The clothes isn’t worth the money, the customer service is absolutely horrible and they don’t accept international returns. You have to cover the return yourself and you’ll never get your money back once item is returned. They claimed Bankruptcy twice cause it’s not a popular brand anymore and it’s over priced and not worth the cost. ”
