I was suppose to start after I did a ton of work coming up with strategies to fix the company and she couldn’t even respond or answer my calls . What a joke such a waste of time dealing with true time swimwear!!!!”
“I had high hopes for my suit from True Tone Swim, but my expectations were quickly shattered when I received my order. The fit was completely off, and I immediately knew I needed to request an exchange. Unfortunately, my emails asking for the exchange were met with silence. I even had a friend who ordered through them at the same time as I did, and they gave her credit within a few days to write on my behalf. I cannot express how disappointed and frustrated I am by this experience. I feel like I've been cheated out of my hard-earned money and left with a $130 suit that looks terrible on me. It's a painful lesson learned, and I won't be making the mistake of ordering from True Tone Swim again.”

“Not tan-through at all. Have a perfect tanline from the swimsuit after an hour in the sun. I needed to exchange the bottoms for a larger size and no one ever got back to me about exchanging them - all they provide is an email address to contact. Very disappointed, especially for the high price.”

“i was really excited of trying their swimsuits because i love the concept of a tan-through bikini. however i was so disappointed when i received it. the quality is horrible and feels super cheap (for a product that costs $60 for the bottom and $60 for the top). it feels like something you could buy from Shein for $5. and on top of that they don’t offer refunds. wouldn’t recommend this brand to anyone.”
