We did all the work and they still have not done anything.

“Total scam of a company. Was told 18 months ago that solicitor's would be interested in pursuing our case against Northern Rock / NRAM. They have our information ( which I guess they would have sold on by now?) but nothing has moved on. I email and phone but no communication on their part. Waste of time and effort on our part to be honest.”

“I have dealt and spoke to solicitors yawning down the phone to me to mention one occasion! But today I spoke to Leah Johnson on a couple of occasions and she was a breath of fresh air . I’ve been lied to by more than a few other companies I feel personally over the last few months at least . Leah Johnson is a very smart professional I’m my eyes . She new a lot of things like when people pay a mortgage off the lender by law needs to keep all your files or details for six years then in my eyes a match or lighter is used to get rid . I didn’t even get informed of this practice by at least three solicitors. Leah has done extra leg work for me today which I’m great full of . I struggle with computers and phones to be honest . I was made to feel relaxed and assured by Leah Johnson . I don’t usually write on these sites but like I said Leah is a different kettle of fish and in a different league with a bright Bonny future! “I will not waste any more precious time with any long winded review but Trusted mortgage claims are NOT to be trusted. I have had two mortgage claims with them for three years now and numerous forms later STILL no resolution...!! ABSOLUTE DISGRACE....!!! They need a -5 star rating..!!”
