We left a review on Trusted Travel. A reply on your site from Gerard at Trusted Travel on 19 December stated that they would be in touch with us and refund us the £103.99 the amount they caused us to be out of pocket by not paying VIP parking at Bristol for our parking. Today is 10 January and still no refund!
