AGAIN this seems to be the story.. I lost £87.90 and on the morning I was travelling to Bristol.. I heard nothing. Couldn't find any sign of TRUSTED TRAVEL so had to book with Bristol Airport that morning which cost me another £117.. Inam fuming.. surely there is something we can do about this.. 😡🤬 hope Karma kicks the living 💩 outta them..

Absolute scammers. I was ready to leave for the airport when I was also asked for more money to park my car as trusted travel had stopped operating. DISGUSTING PEOPLE!!!!!

I was contacted by someone with an Asian accent on the way to East Midlands airport this morning. They asked for £78 to be paid directly to a driver for car parking as the agent at Trusted Travel was absent, couldn’t be contacted and they hadn’t been paid. The mobile number was the same as that given in the booking confirmation. I was not about to pay again and hand my car keys to somebody who wouldn’t give their name. I now realise that Trusted Travel had legged it with my money. DO NOT USE THEM!!! SCAMMERS!!!

I cancelled my parking within the required timeframe for a refund, back in September this year. They emailed me back saying they'd give me the refund but I'm still waiting, despite chasing by email several times. WHY IS NO-ONE ABLE TO BRING THESE SCAMMERS TO TASK ?! It's disgusting they are still taking people's money.

i have the same issue at Toad parking, i am still awaiting payment and have threatened small claims action, and as someone pointed out they need handing over to the fraud squad

Do not use trusted travel!! I had to pay again at Toad Parking as they received no payment from trusted travel. They take everyone's money then the company dissolves! They need to be charged for fraud and jailed! Do not use them!😡😡😡

Arrived at Toad parking for Manchester airport on 27/10/23 to find a notice on the reception door stating bookings are not being accepted from trusted travel. We were told we could only park if we paid again. We had a flight to catch so had no option but to pay. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND LEAVE YOU IN THE LURCH. WE HAVE TRIED FIR A REFUND BUT TT SRE NOT REPLYING TO OUR EMAILS. DISGUSTED WITH THIS COMPANY.

I booked a car park space with trusted travel at a cost of £38.40,when i arrived at the car park i was informed by toad park&ride that trusted travel had not paid for the car park. I then had to pay another £69 to park my car when I tried to contact trusted travel to get a refund after numerous emails they have still not replied, do not use this company for car park they are a scam company they take your hard earned money and you will not get it back.

I booked parking through trusted travel at toad parking manchester airport I paid £38 when I arrived I was advised that the car park are no longer accepting booking from trusted travel as they hadn’t sent payment onto them, I was advised I had to pay £48 to leave my car with them or find alternative parking fuming was an understatement I have emailed trusted travel and had no response do not book with this company

Do not trust this company. They take your money and if you have to cancel for any valid reason they tell you a refund is on the way but it never arrives. They in effect steal your money. They do not have any contact numbers just an e mail which they nevr respond to. Rebrand them as NOT TO BE TRUSTED TRAVEL. They are still taking money despite not honouring bookings

As others have said paid for parking through trusted travel got to parking they said trusted travel gone bust I need to pay again have tried to contact them still no reply

They didn't pay the parking company and I had to pay for the parking again. I ended up paying four times more than I expected and caused a lot of stress

We arrived back from our holiday on Saturday 15th July 8pm at Manchester Airport and ending up paying a large parking charge at the NCP Stockport exchange Manchester. On 1st July (the day of our holiday) we travelled to the destination of the car park where we were to leave our car for 2 weeks. We were advised on our confirmation to call a number en route to advise of our eta. We did try to but no one was answering the call. Eventually we got through to Sky Parks only to be told they couldn't find our booking! We arrived at NCP Stockton Exchange car park and wasn't sure what to do. We called the number again and eventually got through to someone who said they were on their way. Two men in a mini bus arrived and said to park up in the car park. We handed over our car key as instructed and he popped it into a plastic bag (on the email it said we keep the key) . We were requested to pay an £11 airport levy fee, which we paid via a wireless payment machine in the van. The email said £5 entry and £5 exit (we paid £11) We were dropped off at the airport and told where to wait when we arrived back. During the last day of our holiday we had a phone call from the driver of the service (Sky Parks) which was paid for by Trusted travel, confirming our arrival back in the UK, with advise of what to do on our return. We arrived back at the airport and as instructed after getting our bags, rang him. He seemed helpful and directed us to the pick up point. We made contact and he and his friend took us to the NCP car park where we had left our car. I asked how it works about getting the car from the car park as we have a ticket. He advised us to drive to the barrier and press the intercom and mention that we are Skyparks, park and ride Customers, they will open the barrier and let you through. We approached the barrier to see two attendants looking at people's tickets as we approached. We mentioned that we were Skyparks park and ride customers and we have stayed two weeks can you let us through. The one man (who we found out was the manager of the site) informed us that they don't have any contracts with any airport companies whatsoever. He carried on to say I think you have been scammed and advised to contact the police, trading standards etc. He also said we weren't the first to have gone through what has happened, they were there because of what has been happening and said someone has to pay the charges. We had to pay the parking fee of £224.25 to exit the car park. On our return home we contacted Trusted Travel to complain and get the parking fee refunded.. The only way to contact them is via email or to raise an enquiry on the website.There isn't a telephone number or customer service department. You don't get a name on email replies. The answer we got was that it wasn't up to them to refund us as they were only a third party they had done their part and it wasn't their fault. They directed us to Global Parking Management to complain which we did so. They agreed we didn't receive the service but then directed us back to Trusted Travel. Following numerous emails Trusted Travel agreed to refund our booking fee but we are still out of pocket. We contacted Citizens Advice and received help to try and claim the money back. After all processes have been followed we have got nowhere. We contacted Action Fraud, Trading Standards etc. All addresses for Trusted Travel don't seem to exist so notices aren't getting served. We are both very upset on how this has turned out. We put our trust in a company to arrange parking and ended up with an experience we won't ever forget and out of pocket. The icing on the cake was when we arrived home.. we received at least 3 emails offering a discount on our next booking! Not likely! A holiday that was so good was ruined by this experience at the end. Trust us.. "Trusted Travel" CAN'T be trusted! Date of experience: July 01, 2023

Arrived at the car park very early only to be told Trusted travel had gone bust! No option only to pay again as we had a plane to catch. Avoid this company they are not to be ‘ trusted’. Reading the reviews not much hope of getting any money back a costly mistake I will not make again.

Avoid this company at all cost. Trusted travel never passed on the money to the parking company so I had no choice but to pay again. Was told we would receive a full refund by the guy on reception (not holding out any hope at all reading these reviews) didn't have much choice considering I had a flight to catch so I had to pay again. Money aside, it's the principle that bothers me. The parking company was full but lucky they price matched. Last time I go through a 3rd party company. Cheaper isn't always better.

Paid for parking and on arrival car parking company refused my booking. They said Trusted hadn't paid them. Had no option but to pay again .my flight awaited. Disgusting service feom trusted. Refuse to speak with me.

Avoid this company Arrived at airport to find that my booking had been cancelled because Trusted Travel had not passed on my money to the airport parking company I had to pay again to park.TT told me that they would refund me.This hasn’t happened

AVOID got to the carpark was told they would not accept my booking as trusted travel owd them thousands was on last minute so had to pay again send 4 emails had no response awful company AVOID.
