I purchased £140 parrot items from scarletts parrot essentials uk, they delivered it to an oil company instead of my home, I had to sort it all out/track items down myself, and had a week of hell with phonecalls, emails, sleepless nights as to who signed for my items, and a lot of abuse and lies from her, I eventually told her to get her courier Fedex to send all back to her, and I did get a refund then pay pal tells me she cancelled, it, so I had then to provide tracking number proving she signed for her returns, paypal saw through her and go my money back off her.

Customer told to return item for a refund again we got an email saying he wants to refund before he returns it because the refund will pay for return postage, if we don't give a refund he will leave back feedback.
