After reading a couple of revies, I see this is actually Truworths MO and not an isolated incident. THEY can change ONLINE ORDERS after it's been placed and cancelled items you have ordered, but as the customer YOU CANNOT CANCEL OR CHANGE YOUR ORDER, after it's been "processed" - basically just some or other BS they claim their barely legal T%C's allows them to do. If a customer no longer wants an order MINUTES after being told that an item they ordered isn't available, they MUST be allowed to cancel that order ONLINE (where it was placed). This is the shady "process" ScamWorths excepts clients to follow. Everything can be done ONLINE, all communication will be done ONLINE, but if you want a refund GOT IN STORE (and obviously forfeit the delivery fee)

Truworths over all service had deteriorated, the delivery drivers from Courier IT are the worse they never deliver and get messages that no one is home.
The online packing ppl are just as bad they have the never to pack torn items, if it's not torn they send it without removing the beeping tag.
Customer service online is just as bad

Best advice I can give is to just go to the store/opt for collection. The delivery system doesn't make sense, I ordered 6 items and they're sending them one at a time.

delivery service is terrible. Items are not complete, they have taken more than a month to process the order.

Terrible services. The delivery is delayed and no notification hereof. been waiting on my order and nobody ever answers in the online department I've been calling three days straight. Even the online@Truworths email departments doesn't respond within 48 hours as they should. I'm never using the online service again.

I dont understand why they cant source all your orders and then deliver it.
It has been 8 days and I am still waiting on package 4🙄.
Poor delivery service system.
