“ When I asked for a refund they refused, with prior knowledge that I didn't have the original receipt in my possession. ”

“ Made a purchase with my Debit card and every time I try to do a return at Truworths Northgate or Randpark Ridge they say they do not have cash. I even phoned in advance and asked them to keep cash aside for me but no joy. Staff say they are unable to refund to my credit card. Will definitely never purchase from Truworths again and will never recommend them to anyone else. ”

Its pathetic, I cannot remove it in public as it leaves my inner top in such a mess with all these fluffy pieces of small blankets. Its unbelievable that Truworths now sells such junk and to imagine that I bought it for 460rand is unbelievable. Wish they can just give me my refund and take their thing back ”
