I tried cancelling my order before it was shipped and that wasn’t possible.
The company uses PostNet locations for their deliveries. However, the options they give you are not recognizable to a non local person.
I do not recommend online purchases you are a local.
I am still not sure that I will ever get my shoes on time prior to my departure from South Africa.
The customer service department is not very useful as they are not trying to facilitate the process for the customer”
