I contacted Tu clothing re a garment bleeding. They said they would get back to me. I sent photographic evidence, and was only offered the cost of the faulty item.i have bedding ruined. They were passing the information on to their Product team and was supposed to hear back last Thursday. I honed them ,and was told n further information had been passed on. Are they hoping I will just go away?
