Our Son took the 18yrs old trip to Greece last year with a Tui package. Returned home with no luggage, I hear you say he lost it or it was stolen NO. Tui checked his luggage in along with everyone else on the flight and on landing in Dublin Tui had managed to loose seventy peoples luggage from the one flight. The amazing part is that collectively their staff in their Dublin office don't care and don't have a clue on how to treat customers or deal with any issues ie lost luggage They had no clue luggage was missing and where is was . When we told them that we had emailed the luggage handling company and they said 30 pieces of luggage were in Manchester and the other 40 were still in Greece ,Tui asked for that email to be sent to them as they had no knowledge of where the luggage was ,Bear in mind this is 11 days after arriving back from Greece. We sent the email to them in under three minutes so the Tui staff member could escalate the matter to a level of importance. And that he would phone's us back. Hey no call he went on lunch 5 minutes after receiving our email and did nothing, which was confirmed to us by another member of (I don't give a damm about customer care dept )Three week's later still no suitcase so it was deemed lost. Along with two of his friends luggage from the same flight. 23 days later it was delivered to the house and here is the most disturbing part. Two valuable T Shitrs that were around€240 in value with after shave had been stolen . We also found one our sons friend's had all her valuable make up stolen. Tui checked these bags into their care and were completely responsible for their safety. If bags can be opened and stolen from aslo bags can be opened and contraband and more serious things ie. Drugs can be put into them as they have already gone through security checks .So be warned, people working or contracted by Tui are not reliable or trustworthy. Finally on submitting a delayed luggage claim to Tui since we had to go out and buy things for him due to 23 days he was left with no luggage.Their answer was our son was entitled to NOTHING as he was at home in Dublin and he had everything they deemed he needed to have. We all have had things go missing and it happens. But when you combined it with the Tui attitude of we don't know ,we don't care, incompetence, dishonesty and an overreaching level of we don't care go away attitude. The one star rating was for the luck the Tui pilot had in landing in the correct airports. * Never go Tui*

My family and I returned two weeks ago having spent a wonderful week in Rhodes. This was very much in spite of TUI and their Atlantic Imperial ‘Sensimar’ Hotel. Complaints had to be made about the return flight time being changed to the middle of the night, consigning us to appalling treatment (both ways) in Rhodes airport, a cockroach in the main atrium of the hotel, lipstick on a glass in the hotel restaurant, a plug socket hanging out of the wall on the corridor outside our room and a hotel staff member barging into our room while we were there (one in the shower...). Most shocking of all is that TUI have neither acknowledged, nor responded to any of the complaints made…. Draw your own conclusions...
