“Very upset with packaging. Used scissors to open the box and it cut the fabric. You should a Styrofoam or at very least warning on the box!!!!! This is a Christmas gift. I'm really upset!!!!!”

“Ordered replacement D-1 knobs for connecting the bar to the 2 legs. These knobs are a rubber handle set on top of a metal screw. The end of the screw itself is not big enough to hold the bar to the legs so it basically depends on the rubber piece to hold the bar in place. But the rubber piece is just set on the screw, it's not actually glued in place or anything. All this to say that now my bar won't stay in place and is completely unsafe and useless. Very unhappy.”

We are happy to send you 4 new knobs for your bar and we are so sorry about these defective ones. Once you receive these new knobs, try not to tighten the knobs too much as the D-1 knobs are specifically designed for our products and do not need to be overtightened. “Has very little bounce. We only had for about 6 mos in a low capacity tumble gym and it already popped a hole in the seem. I was extremely disappointed in every aspect of this product. Returning the product within a month proved to be very expensive.”
