“I bought a 67mm GSX predator turbo for my LML Duramax from these jokers and it blew up in a month. They won't warranty anything unless you are out buying groceries. A 750hp turbo. What do they think I'm going to do with it? Drive it like a grandma? Now they want me to pay a 350 dollar inspection fee to get my broken turbo back. Turbo time is a joke. 0 stars. TURDboTime blows.”
Sorry to hear you feel that way. Our records indicate that your 1-year warranty coverage period expired. In an attempt to assist you further beyond policy, we covered your return shipping and offered to inspect your turbo to determine if a repair or replacement may be needed. Most nonqualifying claims can still be supported with part-cost solutions. The product began the warranty process by engineering. However, a return of the claim turbo was requested by you before our support department could offer solutions. We also did not receive the required information from you to complete or offer a resolution option at possible no cost or part cost. There are inspection and shipping fees associated with return requests on products that have already been sent in to begin the warranty process. These are industry-standard practices. It is important to follow procedures so that we can best support customer needs effectively and avoid unnecessary misunderstandings.

“I installed a GXR-7 turbo on my 2015 lol and boy she is a work horse! It makes great tork down low and you literally half to watch how much pedal you give her cause it pulls hard! I tow a dump trailer and a mini and it literally will break the tires loose if you give her to much! I’ve noticed a huge increase in bottom end tork. When I’m not hooked too the trailer it’s a rocket ship. I drive hard and fast every where I go. I will pull away from you at a light!!! I noticed that my fuel mpg increased as well when I get out on the freeway, not that I was worried about it but it happened so that’s a plus. I wish I whould have installed it sooner but work comes first. She whistles at me every morning I remote start her and I always take a second to listen, music to my ears 🦻. Actually I am so happy with the way my truck performs that I haven’t even tuned it and I own a tuner. It was a drop in and drive for me. I actually installed it and never popped the hood for 2 months when my best friend wanted to see my set up, he has an lml as well. If I got another truck tomorrow the first thing I whould order is a turbo from Turbo Time to make my truck wake up. Thanks again Turbo Time for a great turbo!”

Sorry to hear that. It's important to understand that a product warranty policy is not the same as insurance. Many factors can contribute to damaging a turbocharger that is beyond the capacity of the manufacturer or the scope of warranty coverage based on industry-standard policies. Return shipping was covered for your claim and a repair was offered at part cost for the non-qualifying claim.
