When I first bought my truck from them 2022 the owner Jack Carter and the salesman actually took the time to go to a couple auctions to find the truck I actually wanted. After I purchased the truck, I had gotten a new account Manager named Cecil, he's great by the way, but the Owner Jack Carter is one of the nicest people I think I've ever met! They actually care at Turn and Burn, and their vehicles have been taken care of and are in great condition!
