“The only promise they ever fulfilled was publishing a hard copy of my book. The author copies took months after the book was published to arrive. I paid for advertising and ARCs and so much more and they never did any of it. Took pretty much every penny I had and gave nothing in return. I sent an email voicing my disapproval about a year ago, still haven’t heard back. They only reached out when they wanted more money. I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy.”
