Guests have been able to damage our cars, still use them for their full reservation, and then somehow walk away with almost a full refund—directly out of our earnings.

If I had read the reviews in advance, I might have been more aware of the issues others experienced. Thankfully, MADACOVI.CO took my complaint seriously and responded promptly and professionally. I received a full refund last week, which was a huge relief and a clear indication that MADACOVI.CO, Team is committed to customer satisfaction and accountability

5hrs later than my original booking) Turo have paid only $40 refund, to cover the more expensive booking fee but no compensation for the loss of 15.

My Turo host cancelled my reservation the DAY BEFORE MY TRIP! I had made the reservation three months in advance, so of course, there was nothing available even close to the price I paid! Turo as the company offers you NOTHING except a refund which takes 7 days! I ended up paying more than DOUBLE the price for my one week rental because I had to do a last minute reservation at a regular car rental place! I will NEVER use Turo again!!!!

Booked a trip. Then cancelled a couple of days later. Was told I would get a refund within 24 hours. Called three days later and was told the trip was not refundable. I then pulled up the trip and lo and behold there was a block that showed up that all of a sudden said it was not refundable. Terrell would not give me credit on the account or do anything. So they just kept $141 Plus and basically said oh well

First time user…. Their refund policy is a joke! My plans changed and I cancelled 2 weeks before my trip and they won’t refund my money!!! $404.00!!!!

VERY RISKY. Rented a week in advance and the owner canceled less then 24h before. I did not get a full refund and no replacement. Had to rent another car last minute which was much more expensive.

The refund for the canceled booking was processed, but my request for reimbursement of the additional expenses has been met with vague, evasive responses and zero accountability.
