This is because Toro allows a 24-hour cancellation window after booking, which means if your plans change beyond that timeframe, you won't be eligible for a refund.

I notified him before calling customer service as I had not realized this was a non-refundable trip.

I fell victim to a crypto scam, but contacting harrylucy*977 @*gmail.*com made the refund process quick and easy.

Car was fine. Host cancelled my first reservation because I was three hours late for a LOCKBOX pick-up. I got hit with $140 cancellation fee, and Turo would not refund even with proof of my text to host saying I would be late. Very disappointing. Be careful out there.

I had to cancel a booking to book an alternative car, which became suddenly unavailable. Immediately rebooked my original booking and it was $44 more expensive. Called customer service to refund the difference. They said the system wouldn’t allow it. I asked for a credit instead. System said no. Frustrating experience.

Despite never picking up the car or even verifying my license, Turo only gave me a partial refund, allowing the host to keep over $200.

24 hour free cancellation notice is not true. Zero refund.
