“Leider kann ich in Bezug auf Qualität und vor allem dem Kundenservice keine Empfehlung aussprechen. Ich habe eine Smartwatch 680502135B TK10 bestellt und musste bereits nach einem Monat einen Mangel melden. Das Display zeigte keine Werte mehr an. TVCmall fragte nach einem Video, um den Mangel nachzuvollziehen und dann bot man an, 50%, 15 USD auf den Kaufpreis von 37 USD zu erstatten und empfahl, für den großzügigen Betrag die Smartwatch reparieren zu lassen. Mehrere Versuche, eine kundenorientierte Lösung zu finden, scheiterten, weil TVCmall sich schlicht nicht mehr meldet. Ich kann nur jedem davon abraten, bei TVCmall zu kaufen; kein Service, keine Garantie, das Geld ist weg und man hört nichts mehr von diesem Unternehmen. Bevor ich von meinen Erfahrungen berichten wollte, hatte ich dies der Fairness wegen, angekündigt - KEINE REAKTION - es interessiert dort niemanden.
