“Up there with the best coffee I’ve had… My first purchase was ‘SABRE’ in a 2kilo bulk order, so lucky it tastes great!! I switched from another brand to TwentyFiveFour, due to being a Veteran, and consequently wanting to support a Veteran Owned business. One issue I have though, is the ‘hidden charge’ of a subscription fee? that popped up late in the online ordering process? In doing due diligence value wise, I found I’d have to buy a 2kg quantity to make the coffee cost effective Vs my old brand (Killer Coffee) only to be hit by this additional fee, meaning it is a little more expensive than my old brand. Please advise if this is an ‘one-off’ fee, in setting me up as a customer? Or it is an ongoing fee? (as above, I want to support Veteran Owned businesses, and moved ahead with the order regardless, but I believe this additional cost should be represented at the beginning, instead of slipped in later)”
