“This is the best harness we have managed to find for our Jack Russell dog. We were so happy with it, we bought another two so we have spares if one needs cleaning or if it gets wet”

“I now have 2 collars and a lead from Twiggy Tags. They are so smart and stylish and fit my dog well. I like the extra handle on the close control lead as well as I can keep him near me and it feels secure. Great products!”

“Fabulous advice when we first purchased our puppy's harness a DogFest. Now he is just over a year old we have upgraded to the next size and the information provided on the telphone was so helpful and informative. His harness is a superfit and perfect.”

“We tried the harness for size at good woof and ordered online. Our labrador loves it and it is easy to put on, dries quickly and doesn't move around or loosen as he moves. Really great design user friendly for dogs and people!”

“Fabulous leash! Very strong and durable given I have done severe damage to my ankle due to my large misbehaved dog yet lead did not come unattached nor break!! Can't help but praise the quality!!🙈 Can't wait to try it out properly when I can walk again!!”

“THE BEST 🙌🏻 I recently acquired the petrichor harness for my strong pulling jack russell. I can honestly say he's so much more comfortable in it than other harnesses. He has so much unrestricted movement! The design is super cute and matches most outfits we put him in! Thank you twiggy tags 🐾”

“Having bought a couple of harnesses and a collar I was disappointed to find that a lead I wanted was ‘out of stock’ but having bought it from one of your stockists (at a higher price) you have now emailed me to say it is stock again . What a shame 😞”

Hello Kate, I am really upset you have posted a bad review. As a small business we work our hardest to ensure everything is in stock - if you had contacted us we would have done our best to advise you on time frame when things may be back in stock. We struggle to keep everything in stock as a very small business with only 4 of us, we are constantly working to ensure customer satisfaction. What can we do to improve the process in the future? I hope that the two-star review does not reflect your view of the harness, collar and lead you purchased from us and perhaps you would consider revising to reflect the products and we can work on our customer service for the future?

“Easy to find the right size and order, Fast efficient delivery. The harness is a gorgeous design, hard to find normally in bigger sizes, well made and appears very comfortable to wear.”

“Lovely sturdy harness. Great quality. I'm using it on my very active 5 mth old hunting cross dog who has an obssession with birds, so it needs to be strong! Very speedy delivery.”
