I requested a refund on my subscription as I am on maternity leave, therefore there was no need to use Twinkl. I used the help button and was assisted by Sharla. Sharla was amazing and extremely helpful in the process. She cancelled Twinkl and explained what will happen next with my refund.

A big shoutout to Kim from customer service who was helpful, efficient, polite and professional throughout the process of solving my issue via email . My refund was processed within an hour, which was surprisingly fast and truly appreciated. Excellent service overall!

Very quick response to a problem I noticed on my Twinkl account caused by a mistake I had made. I emailed them the day before Christmas Eve but Laura looked into it and sorted it straight away for me. She was very polite and helpful and I’m now just waiting for my refund to clear. Thanks again!
