I’ve had the promise of a refund on 3 occasions now since the end of December 2023. All of which I was advised would clear my account in 5-7 working days. Each time no refund has been received and I just keep receiving the same email when I chase.
I’ve raised it as fraudulent activity with my bank.
Let’s hope it’s 3rd time lucky though I sincerely doubt it. My advise is do not subscribe.

I paid a month as I needed some resources, it's a subscription so they took money out the next month. I was upset cancelled (took hrs to do so, got the confirmation) they charged me again for this month. Requested a refund it will take them 7 to 10 days to decided whether they entitled to keep my money they took out without permission or not and then I might get a refund!
