It was helpful but I no longer need it and forgot to take my billing off so it rebilled me and I talked to Amayrane For help on a refund and this pwrpan has helped alot

I was charged £12.99 due to a misunderstanding of the website policies but Kate, a customer service representative was able to swiftly cancel and refund for me. Amazing customer service!

I requested a refund on my subscription as I am on maternity leave, therefore there was no need to use Twinkl. I used the help button and was assisted by Sharla. Sharla was amazing and extremely helpful in the process. She cancelled Twinkl and explained what will happen next with my refund.
