I’ve been using Twinkl for a while now, and I truly appreciate the quality of their resources — they’re creative, engaging, and save me so much time when preparing lessons. Recently, I had a small issue with my subscription, and the support team handled it very professionally. Overall, Twinkl is an amazing platform for teachers, and their customer service is just as great as their educational content!

I was looking for Alphabet Displays in the shape of the sound of that letter, e.g., c - cat. I couldn't seem to link it. Laura from customer service sent me links to the resources and I'm so happy. I also found other crafts, worksheets and flashcards to use as well.

Heather and Kate were able to reorganise my membership, apply discounts and freeze my start date so that this worked alongside my work commitments. All this was done promptly. Confirmation emails were sent out detailing all the changes we had agreed upon. This is a great example of what customer service should be. Twinkle is always there when I need resources for my students. Thank you so much, Ana 🤩

Excellent customer service from Gemma at Twinkl. Gemma dealt with my request extremely quickly and efficiently. Gemma also acknowledged an error made by a bot and apologised for that. Thank you so much for help today! It made such a difference.

Many thanks to Carmen Cares service for your quick help. I had two accounts on 1 email and forgot the password for 1 of them. I wanted to cancel the membership and you helped me with it. However, I’m sure I’ll be back to Twinkl after some time.

Great customer service. I have used the service without issues for a couple years and then had to change my subscription. They were quick to respond and customer service was kind and helpful. Recommend!!
