“Placed order 2 days ago and surprised it turned up as quick as it did before Xmas. Have only been using pouch’s for a few months as a supplement to smoking So really excited to try these different brands. Will 100% use again. Only issue is that one of the box’s looks to be out of BB DATE (full charge white fox - 02-10-2023 ) I’m sure it would be safe to try but would this compromise the flavour ? Or nicotine ?”
“Really great service. I had placed an order which I myself had left to the very last minute to put in. The courier and failed to deliver it next day, which under any other circumstances is completely acceptable, it's Christmas and these guys are working hard. The issue was I was leaving to go to Sweden the day they were able to deliver it. I reached out to Two Wombats and explained it may need to return it as I am leaving the UK. They were very Zen, took responsibility when in fairness it would be easy and understandable to point fingers at the couriers. Told me they would do a full refund should it not turn up in time and we're just generally really pleasant to deal with. I think society forgets that we all have the opportunity to serve others in the work we do and I am always so happy to see that reflected in people. As it was, delivery got here and I have two months supply of Snus. Use these guys, they have excellent customer service. (Namely Lee)”
