“My first order with Two Wombats was perfect, it arrived quickly and the product was as described, however I did not have a similar case with my latest order. I recently ordered from here and I was disappointed when my order arrived as I ordered a product with 36mg nicotine but was sorely disappoint when I received a MUCH weaker product. I contacted customer support and still haven't received a reply as of yet.”

“I always find that people are quick to write a bad review warning people not to use a particular service, so I would like to sing the praise of the Two Wombats team.
I had a small issue with two items of my delivery which was faulty product, so I decided to message customer support with my issue and within 30 minutes of my email I received a response from a actual person and not a automated reply service which is unheard of in this day and age.
My issue was resolved with one email so wasn't wasting my time back and forth trying to resolve.
Excellent experience with dispatching my order, my only real grumble would be the courier company that deliver the order and will definitely opt for paid delivery in the future.
Another nice touch was the hand written message thanking me for my order and wishing me a happy new year and of course the pack of sweets was another nice touch.
I know this is a long review and most people won't even make it to the end but this is a company I will recommend to friends and will definitely be using again, hopefully in the future they will offer a loyalty points system which will be nice.”
