“I've been using nordic spirit for over 2yrs now! But I felt maybe a change was due and possibly save a bit more cash, I came across two wombats checked the review and details and thought give it a try. I'm glad I did not only did I save cash they were delivered swiftly and the topic breeze flavour I chose is pleasant,u felt I need too take less pouches now so these are the mini size. I can't fault them tbh very happy that I found these and will be using again. Sorry nordic spirit you have served me well not smoking for the 2yrs now but we are all trying to save where we can so two wombats you have a new customer. Great product 👌”

“Amazing customer service! Royal Mail lost my first package (they are useless), I emailed their support and got a response within 5 minutes saying they have re shipped the items I bought! For no extra cost! The site is responsive and easy to use, the products are top notch, and prices are really good! Will be my go to site from now on.”

Hi Mujahid, thanks for your review. I can see that your order was placed at 17:55 on 26th April using our free tracked Royal Mail standard service, where we explain that it can take 2-3 days for delivery. The item was shipped on the 27th and a delivery attempt was made this morning (the 29th of April) but no one was available to receive the order. They will make another attempt tomorrow.
